It is the inspired use of appropriate tools in right relationship that invites a healing process, one which emerges and evolves from within.  We are our own healers.  No one outside of ourselves can heal us or transform our pain or problems.  Only we are able to do this for ourselves.  A practitioner is only a guide, teacher or mentor who can reveal different pathways and doorways, which we may choose to follow and enter… or not.

Awareness is the first step in healing.  The next is taking personal responsibility for the discovered truth.  The third step is right action, acting appropriately on this truth and grounding it into one’s life.

We may consciously choose with awareness to follow a more authentic route toward greater self-love and self-care.  This requires the willingness to risk courageously the unknown and to transform the self… in relationship.

We are here together on this planet Earth to care about each other, to evolve humanity, and to create a better life experience for all of us.  This is a call to bring about a global healing process for which we are each individually responsible for our part.
