Inner Child Recovery

Inner Child Work Is . . .

The process of Inner Child Recovery takes us on an exploration of the self. The work touches upon issues of vulnerability and intimacy. A thorough understanding of psycho-emotional boundaries will be established to protect and contain the emerging self. The importance of appropriate, healthy anger will be explored. Most importantly, any experience of shame along the journey will be highlighted in order to free the authentic self.

Rick A. Oliver, MA, MTOM, L.Ac., specializes in Inner Child Recovery Work and is currently available for confidential phone sessions.
